The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring (if it is clothes), quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
- USA: 7-20 days
- Canada: 10-30 days
- Australia: 10-21 days
- UK: 10-40 days
If you order 2 items & more, it is possible that they may not be delivered on the same date. The items are usually shipped individually.
How can I track my order?
An email will be sent to you within 48 hours from the time of your purchase. If you did not receive it, you can check if it is in the spam/junk folder. There should be a tracking number inside the email together with the courier used to deliver your package, please go to the courier's website and enter the tracking number to track your order. If the email was not sent, you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number/ details, and we will double check your order and send you the tracking number.
Is shipping free?
You can pay with PayPal and by credit card through Paypal if you click on create a new. There you can give your card:
- American Express
You can pay with cryptocurrencies through Coinbase Ecommerce.
- Bitcoin Cash
What about the sizes?
It is your responsibility to order the right size. We are not responsible if you order the wrong size. Take a look at the size charts carefully. Allow 2-5mm deviations to our size chart due to manual measurement
TAXES & DUTIES
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Dankmarkt. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (if applicable). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any damaged or not arrived item will be refunded. Contact us immediatelly if you are not satisfied with anything.
